She trained in Conscious Nutrition and Living Eco-Cuisine, as well as in Organic Food and Cooking. Founder and director of Vegamundo, a green and social vegan cooking company based on organically and locally grown produce and fair trade. Winner of the 2023 Canary Islands Green Economy Award. An educator and facilitator of sustainable, healthy eating and lifestyle. Coordinator of the community environmental engagement project “Jinamar Siembra”.
